Thank you for investing in our programs, workshops, and digital services. Because our products are digital, instantly accessible, or delivered as live implementation experiences, we enforce a strict refund policy. Please review the terms below carefully prior to making any purchase.

1. Digital Products, Courses & Downloads

All sales of digital products, online courses, downloadable templates, and recorded training materials are final. Due to the immediate access and intellectual property nature of these digital assets, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Once access is granted or the download link is provided, you waive your right to a refund.

2. Live Workshops & Implementation Events

Registration fees for live workshops, virtual group coaching events, or 3-Day implementation experiences are strictly non-refundable. Our events require upfront logistical planning, seat limitations, and material allocations. If you are unable to attend a live event for which you registered, no refunds will be issued, but you may contact us to request a credit or transfer to a future session at our sole discretion.

3. Payment Plans & Subscription Terms

If you selected a payment plan option for any program or workshop, you are legally obligated to fulfill all remaining payments. Choosing a payment plan does not constitute a "pay-as-you-go" subscription or a trial period; it is a financing option for the full cost of the service. Discontinuing your use of the program or failing to attend does not relieve you of your financial obligation to complete your payment schedule.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We seek to resolve any client concerns directly and amicably. By purchasing from this Site, you agree not to file unjustified disputes or chargebacks with your credit card company or payment processor (such as Stripe or PayPal). In the event of an unauthorized chargeback attempt that violates these terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to all materials and report the incident to consumer reporting agencies.
